Alaea Red Sea Salt- is the traditional red clay colored Hawaiian table salt. This salt is all natural and rich in the trace minerals found in sea water. It is wonderful for roasting or grilling meats, or for home-made spice blends or rubs. Adds phenomenal color and flavor to food in general.
Bolivian Rose Salt-is harvested in the Andes Mountains of Bolivia. Ancient sea salt deposits were covered with volcanic lava, creating this high-mineral salt. The light orangy-pink color makes for a dramatic table presentation.
Fine Mediterranean White Sea Salt-is harvested in the south of Italy. It is known for its mild flavor and bright white crystals. This high-quality salt is rich in magnesium and is delicious in the preparation of soups, or for making sauces. It blends well with other spices and it is flavor enhancing finishing salt.
The artful display of these 3 salts is crafted in a 4 oz. bulbous glass jar, and comes with a 3-inch artisan-crafted wooden measuring spoon!
